ELEMENTARY YEARBOOKS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED MONDAY, MAY 17.  If your student is to pick up their yearbook, they will need a note signed by parent/guardian.  Otherwise, Yearbook will be held for parent/guardian pickup. 

Pre-K enrollment:   Where: Kansas Elementary

                              When:  May 17, 18, 19

                               Time:  8:00 am - 2:30 pm

Items needed before child can be enrolled:  Birth Certificate,   Social Security Card,    CDIBwhite/Blue membership card (if applicable), Live in Kansas District

Age:  Must be 4 by September 1, 2010

Shots Required:   1 Varicella - 3 Polio

                            2 HepA   -   3 Hep B

                             1 MMR    -  4 DTP
